Diet parfait with raisins

The French dessert is traditionally prepared with eggs, icing and whipped cream, served on a biscuit. But since they usually don’t eat it while on a diet, this is not a reason to deny yourself desserts. I offer you a very unusual and delicious breakfast – a diet parfait with raisins.
I suggest making a parfait in the evening. And by morning your delicious breakfast will be ready. As you know, the body forgives us some mistakes in the diet in the morning. Diet minus 60 is a very clear confirmation of this.
For cooking you will need the following ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons of black raisins;
– 2 tablespoons of light raisins;
– oatmeal or muesli – 4-6 tablespoons;
kefir 1% – 3 tablespoons;
– yogurt without fillers – 4 tablespoons;
– cherry – for decoration.
You will also need a beautiful glass or a transparent mug.
Cooking
To prepare the parfait, pour your usual serving of oatmeal onto a plate. Since there is a difficult and difficult day ahead, I suggest you start your metabolism properly. This requires a full breakfast. Take 6 tablespoons (without a slide) of muesli.
Pour in kefir. If kefir is rather delicate in taste, and yogurt is too fatty, you can limit yourself to kefir only.
Pour over with yogurt. If you strictly adhere to a diet, watch the fat content of yogurt and its composition. The ideal option is homemade sourdough yogurt.
Stir and let sit for a bit.
Steam the raisins separately by variety. Do not mix raisins for parfait.
Pour 1/3 of the oatmeal-yogurt mixture into a clear mug or pretty glass.
A layer of light raisins.
Oatmeal layer.
Layer of black raisins.
Another layer of oatmeal. Final.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.
Garnish with pitted cherry halves.
