Cabbage pancake to breakfast.

We will need:

100g white cabbage
1 tbsp canned corn (can be replaced with 1 tbsp crab meat or shrimp, or 1 tbsp mushrooms)
1 egg
1 st. a spoonful of sour cream
2st. spoons of flour
salt, black ground pepper
vegetable oil
sauce – sour cream 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon red caviar, greens

shred cabbage,
add corn, ground black pepper, egg,
mix everything, add sour cream, flour and salt, mix everything well.

Heat the pan well, generously grease with vegetable oil and put the cabbage mass, level and bake for 5 minutes, then carefully turn over and fry for another 5 minutes, then cover and hold on fire for another 3 minutes.

Cut the finished cabbage pancake into portions, sprinkle with herbs and serve with sour cream.
