Egg and herring croutons

For cooking you will need:
herring fillet – 200 gr
black bread – 4 slices
eggs – 4 pcs
green onions – small bunch
mayonnaise – 2-3 tablespoons (for dressing)
salt and pepper – to taste
vegetable oil – for frying

Cut the herring fillet into portions.
Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the green onion.
Mix the grated eggs with chopped green onions, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.
Cut brown bread into four parts and fry on (one) side until lightly ruddy.
Put a little egg salad on the fried side of the bread and put a piece of herring on top.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
