Smoked Garlic Cheesecakes

For the recipe you will need:
yeast (high-speed) – 2 tsp
granulated sugar – 2 tbsp.
salt – to taste
milk – 125g
sausage cheese (smoked) – 300g
garlic – 4 cloves
greens – to taste
mayonnaise – to taste
egg – 1 pc.
flour – 200g.
To cook Cheesecakes with smoked cheese and garlic you need:

Add 1 tbsp. sugar in 4 tbsp. warm milk. Then dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Mix. Mix flour with salt and 1 tbsp. sugar, add the remaining milk, yeast and knead the dough. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour in a warm place, then knead.

When the dough rises a second time, form balls out of it. Roll the balls slightly with a rolling pin and leave for 15-20 minutes in a warm place. Then, with a glass, make indentations in the cakes.

Grate melted cheese. Squeeze the garlic through a press. Finely chop the greens. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise to taste. Put the stuffing in the grooves. Beat the egg a little and grease the cheesecakes.

Preheat oven to 200C. Bake the cheesecakes for 15-20 minutes until browned.
