Puffed Apple Cheesecakes
For the recipe you will need:
puff pastry (yeast-free) – 400g
strawberry marmalade or jam – 3 tbsp.
for cottage cheese:
cottage cheese – 200g
methane – 2 tbsp.
cinnamon – to taste
in the apple mass:
apple (large) – 2 pcs.
sugar – 2 tsp
cognac – 1 tbsp.
To prepare puff curd-apple cheesecakes you need:
Peel apples, grate and boil a little with sugar. Then cool and add cognac. Rub cottage cheese through a sieve, add sour cream and cinnamon. Roll out the dough and cut into 12 equal squares.
Fold each square diagonally, then cut off the edges with a sharp knife. Put the cut edges along the edges of the square, forming the sides. Carefully place a layer of apple filling in the center of each square. Then spread the curd in an even layer. Gently brush the top with jam or liquid marmalade.
Bake cheesecakes in a heated oven for 10-15 minutes.
