Pear and spinach puffs

For the recipe you will need:
pears – 2 pcs.
spinach (frozen) – 150g
lemon – 1/2 pc.
sugar – 2 tbsp.
puff pastry (yeast-free) – 500g
salt – to taste
egg – 1 pc.
sesame (for sprinkling)
butter (for frying).
To make Pear and Spinach Puffs:

Cut the core of the pears, cut the rest of the flesh into cubes, put in a pan with warmed butter, add the juice of half a lemon, pour 2 tablespoons of sugar and simmer together for a couple of minutes until the sugar dissolves. Remove from fire, let cool.

Drain excess liquid from thawed spinach, fry in a pan with warmed butter, salt, mix with pears.

Cut the finished puff pastry into 6 squares. Put the filling on half of each square, cover with the other half and connect the edges.

Brush the tops of the puffs with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes.
