Carrot and Onion Cottage Cheese Pancakes
For the recipe you will need:
carrots – 1 pc.
onion – 1 pc.
butter – 1 tsp
canned corn – 150g
eggs – 3 pcs.
flour – 100g
baking powder – 1/2 tsp
cottage cheese – 250g
ghee – 30g
sour cream – 150g
cream – 200g
lettuce – 1 pc.
parsley, salt, pepper, sugar – to taste.
To cook Cottage cheese pancakes with carrots and onions, you need:
Peel the vegetables, cut the onion and carrot into small cubes and simmer for 1 minute in butter. Drain liquid from corn. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt. Mix egg yolks, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cottage cheese. Carefully add vegetables and beaten protein. Heat the melted butter in a frying pan and bake the pancakes. Put the finished pancakes in a heat-resistant form, pour over the sauce and put in the oven, heated to 120C for a few minutes. For the sauce, pass the onion through a press and mix with sour cream, cream, chopped herbs. Season the sauce with salt and spices.
