Apricot Marzipan Cupcake

For the recipe you will need:
flour – 500g
cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
cardamom – 1/2 tsp
cloves, anise and nutmeg – on the tip of a knife
yeast – 50g
sugar – 80g
vanilla sugar – 2 sachets
egg – 1 pc.
milk – 200 ml
zest (grated) – 1 lemon
butter – 225g
dried apricots – 300g
marzipan mass (raw) – 150g
almonds – 75g.
To make a cupcake with apricots and marzipan, you need:

Knead the dough from flour, spices, yeast, sugar, milk, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, eggs, zest and 175 g of butter. Leave for 30 min. Chop 100 g of dried apricots, mix with marzipan mass and roll into a 30 cm long roller. Cut the remaining dried apricots into cubes, mix with chopped almonds with the dough and leave for 15 minutes. Shape the dough into a 30 cm long roll. Make a well in the middle. Put a marzipan roller in it. Cover with dough and leave for 15 minutes.

Bake for 1 hour at 200C. Grease the finished cake with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
