Spaghetti with cheese and ham

Spaghetti is, perhaps, one of those universal dishes that you want to cook and eat every day, because they absolutely do not bother. And it’s all about sauces and additions to pasta. Today we will talk about the classic – spaghetti with ham. There are hundreds of recipes for this dish, but we will focus on a couple of the most delicious.

Ingredients:
spaghetti – 400 g;
olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons;
ham – 8 pieces;
onion – 1 pc.;
garlic – 1 clove;
dry white wine – 1 glass;
eggs – 4 pcs.;

Parmesan cheese – 70 g;
salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking:
Let the spaghetti boil. Meanwhile, fry the bacon slices in a frying pan until crispy, drain them on a napkin. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the fat remaining from frying and sauté the onion and garlic until golden, then put the cooked spaghetti and ham into the pan. Quickly mix the egg yolks and grated Parmesan into the spaghetti, remove the dish from the heat, season and serve, garnished with herbs.
