Baked russula

For the recipe you will need:
russula – 400g
tomato – 1 pc.
onion – 1 pc.
carrots – 1 pc.
cheese – 150g
ham 100-120g
salted cracker – 5 pcs.
oil – 3 tbsp.
mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
To cook Russula baked you need:

Free the russula from the legs, lightly peel the film. If small, slightly cut off the top – for stability. Sprinkle with herb seasoning and salt and pepper.

For the filling – boil rice until cooked, add fried onions, carrots, mushroom legs, finely chopped ham and a couple of chopped garlic cloves to it. Mix the mass and add last: grated hard cheese, diced tomato and crackers crushed into large crumbs. Salt to taste.

Put the stuffing tightly with a slide in the mushroom caps, grease with mayonnaise with a brush, cover with a pinch of grated cheese, drizzle with oil and bake for 25 minutes at 190C.
