No-Bake Cakes

1. Cake “Orange”

Ingredients:

700 g sour cream 20% fat
300 g cracker (with poppy seeds, small “crunch”)
25 g gelatin (instant)
1 sachet of jelly (orange)
1-2 pcs. oranges (for garnish)
1 st. Sahara
1 pack Sahara ванильного

Cooking:

1. Dilute gelatin in 150 ml of hot water. We leave to cool.
2. Dilute, according to the instructions, jelly in 300 ml of hot water. Let it cool too.
3. We break the cracker in half. You can take other crackers (chocolate, tender), then break them finely.
4. Cut the orange into slices. We spread the orange on the bottom of the pan and pour the jelly. Let cool in the refrigerator.
5. Pour sour cream into a bowl or saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar and beat well. When the mass is whipped, add the cooled gelatin and beat again.
6. Add a cracker to a bowl of sour cream. Mix well.
7. Pour thickened jelly with orange with sour cream. We put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
8. Remove the cake from the pan to a dish. For a few seconds, put the pan in a bowl of hot water to melt the jelly. And turn it over onto a plate.

You can make a cake in a detachable baking dish. Then first pour a layer of sour cream, then lay out the fruit and pour gelatin.

2. Cake without baking

Ingredients:

cookies 24 pcs + a few things for sprinkling
cottage cheese 250 gr
sour cream 5 tbsp
powdered sugar 3 tbsp
butter 100g softened
prunes to taste
cocoa for decoration
coffee, already prepared, a little

Cooking:

Mix the cottage cheese with powdered sugar and sour cream (you can use a mixer at low speed, I crushed it with a crush with holes). Add oil. Steam prunes, cut. Line a suitable form with a film, lay out a layer of cookies (layer 3 by 2, more, I have 4 layers). You can dip the cookies quickly in coffee or pour lightly. Lubricate with cottage cheese filling, lay out prunes.
Again a layer of cookies, sprinkle with coffee, curd filling, prunes, repeat. The last layer of cookies can be greased thinly, or not. I slightly greased, prunes did not spread. Carefully turn over on a dish, remove the film, coat the top and sides with cream. Sprinkle the top with cocoa and the sides with the cookie crumbs. Let soak. That’s all. Very tasty!

3. Cake without baking “Grape”

Ingredients:

Sour cream (at least 20% fat) – 700 g
Cracker (with poppy, crispy) – 300 g
Raisins (steamed) – 100 g
Chocolate (any) – 200 g
Gelatin (instant) – 25 g
Jelly (bag, green) – 90 g
White grapes (large, for decoration)
Granulated sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla sugar – 1 pack

Cooking:

1. First of all, dilute gelatin in 150 ml of hot water. According to the instructions, we dilute the jelly in 300 ml of hot water. Let everything cool down.
2. Break crackers in half.
* You can take other crackers, then break them finely.
3. Pour sour cream into a bowl or saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar and beat well. When the mass is whipped, add the cooled gelatin and beat again.
4. Finely break a chocolate bar (it is better to pre-cool it in the freezer) with a knife.
5. Add a cracker and steamed raisins to a bowl of sour cream. Mix well.
6. We take out a detachable form. We spread 1/3 of our cream. Sprinkle it carefully with chocolate. Put another part of the cream on the chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate again. Then lay out the rest of the mass.
7. We put the form in the refrigerator to harden for 30 minutes. While the cream hardens, we take out the grapes, cut it into halves.
We take out the cake from the refrigerator, beautifully lay out the halves of the grapes on it. Gently pour the grapes with green jelly.
8. We put in the refrigerator until completely solidified. You can leave it in the refrigerator overnight, but generally 2-3 hours is enough.
9. We take out the cake from the refrigerator, remove the sides of the form, use a spatula to transfer the cake to the dish. You can serve guests!

4. Cake “Broken glass”

Ingredients:

500g sour cream
200g canned peaches

5. Cake with fruit

Ingredients:

500 gr. sour cream
1 st. Sahara
3 art. spoons of gelatin
300 gr. biscuit (store-bought or prepared according to any recipe)
Strawberry,
grape,
currant,
kiwi (other berries are possible)

Cooking:

4. Gently turn the cake onto a dish. If the bowl is very deep, fill the layers as they are laid.
For the sweet tooth: Sprinkle sour berries with powdered sugar.

6. Cake “Fruit tenderness”

Ingredients:

For the biscuit:
-4 eggs,

Now you need to assemble the cake: put circles of oranges in a detachable form. Top with a biscuit mixed with 1/3 of the cream. Then a layer of bananas, again a biscuit mixed with 1/3 of the cream, a layer of pineapples. Finish the cake with an even layer of the remaining cream mixed with the biscuit. Cover the top of the mold with cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Then invert the cake onto a plate.

7. Fruit cake “Delight”

Ingredients:

For the biscuit:
Flour – 170 gr.
Sugar – 150 gr.
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
For cream:
Сметана – 500 gr.
Gelatin – 30 gr.
Sugar – 200 gr.
Kiwi – 1 pc.
Banana – 2 pcs.
Apple – 1 pc.
Orange – 1 pc.

Cooking dough for biscuit: beat eggs with sugar. Add flour and baking powder. Mix everything well. The dough for the biscuit is readyThe dough for the biscuit. Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Allow the cake to cool and cut into cubes. Kiwi cut into cubes. Peel the orange well and cut into cubes. Bananas cut into cubes. Remove the skin and seeds from the apple and cut into cubes. Prepare the cream: gelatin pour 70 ml. cold water and leave for 20 minutes. Thoroughly beat sour cream with sugar. Dissolve gelatin in a hot water bath cool and in a thin stream add it to the sour cream. Put the pieces of fruit and biscuit into the mold. Pour in sour cream and refrigerate for 2 hours. Ready fruit cake can be decorated with coconut flakes.
