Homemade cakes. 6 recipes.

1 Cake “Winter cherry”

Ingredients:

Flour – 400-450 Grams
Softened butter – 250 grams
Sour cream – 1000 grams (200 gr – in the dough, 800 gr – in the cream)
Sugar – 450 Grams (200 gr – in the dough, 250 gr – in the cream)
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Pitted cherries – to taste

Cooking:

1. Put the sour cream in a deep bowl, add the baking powder and mix.

2. Beat the softened butter for several minutes,
while adding sugar. Add sour cream and continue beating.

3. Now gradually pour in the flour, without ceasing to beat the mass. The finished dough can be kneaded by hand for several minutes.

4. Then we divide it into 15 equal parts, roll balls out of them and wrap each in cling film.
We put the dough in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

5. In the meantime, defrost the cherry, if it was frozen, and drain the excess liquid with a colander.

6. After the time has elapsed, we take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll each ball into such a strip, put the cherry in the middle of the strip.

7. Now we carefully fold the strip into a tube, and connect its ends well and cut them off. We put the tubes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.

8. In the meantime, mix sour cream with sugar and beat this mass thoroughly at high speed for at least 10 minutes.

9. When the tubes cool down a bit, we begin to assemble the pyramid.
We put five tubes at the base and grease them with cream, then four tubes, then three, two and put one tube on the top, grease each new layer with the prepared cream.
We put our cake in the refrigerator for 12 hours for impregnation.
We decorate the finished cake according to your taste.

2 Cake “Monastic hut”

Juicy pancake cake “Monastyrskaya Izba” stuffed with fresh strawberries is the perfect treat on a hot summer day.
Very easy to prepare, disappears from the plate in a matter of minutes.
The secret of a delicious dessert is baked thin pancakes with milk, fat homemade sour cream for cream and a little imagination and patience. A cake collected in a slide, generously decorated with chocolate, fruits, can become a highlight on the festive table.
Are you tired of banal round cakes with condensed milk?
Be sure to cook the berry pancake dessert “Monastic hut”. Cooking time – 1.5 hours (+ 7-8 hours for soaking). Refers to the pancake type of desserts.

Ingredients
For pancakes take:

A glass of boiling water and milk.
A glass (250 gr.) of flour.
Eggs – 2 pieces.
Refined vegetable oil – 60 milliliters.
Salt – 5 grams.
Sugar – 60 grams.
Stuffing, decoration:

Fresh strawberries – 1 kilogram.
Chocolate, optimally black – 1 bar.
Cream:

Vanilla – 1 pack.
Sour cream (35 percent) – 0.5 kilograms.
Sugar – 250 grams.
Cooking process
We bake pancakes:

Whisk eggs with salt until fluffy.
While whisking, add a glass of boiling water.
Then pour in 250 milliliters of cold milk.
Pour sugar, add vegetable oil.
Grease a frying pan with oil and bake pancakes.
They will make about 12-15 pieces.
Making cream:

Beat sour cream until the mass increases and a lush foam appears.
Add vanilla and sugar, beat for about 5 more minutes.
Assembling the cake:

Wrap 5-7 strawberries in each pancake and roll up.
Put the “hut” on an oval dish – in the bottom layer there should be 5-6 pancakes, in each next one – one less.
Lubricate each new layer thickly with cream.
Drizzle the top of the cake with melted chocolate and decorate as desired.
In order for the cake to be thoroughly soaked, it can be put in the cold overnight. Before serving, garnish each portion with whipped cream – they go great with strawberries – and a mint leaf for a fresh touch.

3 Delicious cake “Sour cream queen”

Ingredients:
for one cake

2 eggs
250 gr sour cream (I had 42%)
2/3 st. sugar (or less)
2 tsp starch (a full spoon with a small slide)
1/2 sachet of baking powder
7 art. l. sifted flour (heaped spoon)
a little salt

Cooking:

1. There can be 3-4-5 such cakes (depending on how many additives you have
in these same cakes there)
2. I had 4: roasted salted peanuts, poppy seeds, cocoa
and coconut flakes
3. for cream – 1 kg of sour cream, 250 g of powdered sugar,
sachet of vanilla sugar
4. Baked in a preheated oven on a non-stick baking sheet.
If you bake on a regular one, then be sure to cover it with oiled paper, otherwise the cake will not lag behind. Take out carefully and only when hot.
5. Lubricate the hot cake with cream, so to speak for impregnation. Keep the rest of the cream in the refrigerator.
When the cake and the noticeably absorbed cream have cooled down, we apply cream from above. the refrigerator is already a thicker layer.
So we repeat with all the cakes.
I sprinkled the top with almond leaves. Everything :)

4 “Truffle sour cream”

Ingredients и приготовление:

Grind 1 egg with 1 tbsp sugar, add 1 tbsp sour cream,

Ingredients:

For those of you who haven’t tried this cake yet, it’s delicious! Just beyond words! Plus, it’s very easy and quick to make!
The recipe for the Milchmädchen cake came to us from Germany.
Cakes are prepared on the basis of condensed milk, which in Germany was called “Milch Mädchen”, i.e. dairy girl.
Any cream is suitable here, any fruits and berries will go very well with this cake, because. he is very sweet. I made it with whipped cream. During the night, the cream soaked into the cakes, made them soft, fluffy and moist …. It’s sooooo delicious!
You will need:

Dough:
condensed milk – 1 b (400 g)
eggs – 2 pcs
flour – 1 tbsp. (160 g)

Cream:
cream 35% – 400 ml
powdered sugar -0.5 tbsp

Cooking:

Because I cooked condensed milk myself and I got it exactly 600 g.
And I decided to knead half a serving of dough from the remaining 200 g, and I got only 1.5 servings of 9 cakes
Whip cream with powdered sugar (for 1.5 servings I took 500 g of cream and 120 g of powdered sugar)
Coat the cakes with cream
It turned out huge for me! Decorate as you like and put it in the refrigerator overnight to soak.
I hardly decorated it. Slightly sprinkled the sides with nuts, and made a cobweb on top.
During the night, the cream was absorbed into the cakes and it became even tastier than in the evening!
