Warm scallop salad with cognac-yoghurt sauce
For the recipe you will need:
cherry tomatoes – 100g
lettuce (mixture) – 150g
cognac – 1 tbsp.
olive oil – 2 tbsp.
sea scallops – 100g
yogurt – 4 tbsp.
salt – to taste
black pepper (ground) – to taste
oranges – 1 pc.
mint (fresh) – 15g.
To prepare Salad of warm scallops in cognac-yoghurt sauce you need:
Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Tear lettuce leaves into pieces. Arrange tomatoes and lettuce leaves on a platter.
Pour olive oil and cognac into a preheated pan, add sea scallops. Fry, stirring, for about a minute until light golden brown. Then pour in the yogurt, season the scallops with salt and pepper. Stir the contents of the pan and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Arrange warm yogurt-covered scallops on top of salad. Decorate a warm salad with scallops, orange slices, mint leaves and serve.
