Chicken Breast Salad with Roquefort Sauce

For the recipe you will need:
lettuce (leaves) – 150g
celery (stalk) – 1 pc.
chicken breast – 600g
walnuts – 8 pcs.
salt – to taste
black pepper (ground) – to taste
to prepare the sauce:

Roquefort cheese – 60g
olive oil – 4-5 tbsp.
соль, black pepper (ground) – to taste.
To prepare Salad with Chicken Breast and Roquefort Cheese Sauce:

Rub the chicken breast with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil and bake in the oven at 180C. Cool the baked chicken breast and cut into small thin slices.

To prepare the sauce, mix Roquefort cheese with olive oil, add a couple of tablespoons of water, knead and beat with a fork until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, tear into small pieces with your hands. Clean the stalk of celery from fibers, cut into half rings. Crush the walnuts.

Put lettuce leaves and celery on serving plates, add pieces of chicken breast, sprinkle with ground nuts and pour over the sauce.
