Fried Fish Salad.

400 g fish fillet,
2 tbsp. l. flour,
4 apples
2 bulbs
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and herbs to taste.

Salt the fish fillet, pepper, roll in flour, fry until tender, cool and cut into thin slices. Then sprinkle with vinegar and soak for 20-30 minutes in a cold place. Peel apples and onions, finely chop, mix with fish, add sour cream, sugar and salt. Decorate the finished dish with herbs. This salad turns out well even from dryish and harsh fish, for example, pollock ice cream
