For meat salad with veal you will need:
veal – 77g
cheese “Suluguni” smoked – 32
fresh cucumbers – 52g
pear -1pc.
Recipe for meat salad with veal:
Veal meat, preferably in a large piece, half-fill with water, add peppercorns, bay leaf, mustard, salt, paprika, a little vegetable oil and simmer until tender. Pull out the veal, cool, cut into strips. Smoked cheese “Suluguni” cut into strips. Peel fresh cucumbers from skin and seeds and cut into strips. Cut the pear into strips without peeling.

Sauce for meat salad with veal: in a blender, mix pine nuts (peeled), vegetable oil and a little red onion. The sauce should be thick. Mix chopped veal meat with cheese, pears and cucumbers. Season meat salad with pine nut sauce, garnish with green onion feathers.
