Taiga Master Salad

Boil potatoes and carrots and rub on a coarse grater. Finely chop the tuna. Peel the avocado and grate it. Pour it with lemon juice. Now let’s start assembling the salad. Lay out the first layer of tuna in the form of a tiger’s body. Put the potatoes in the second layer. The third layer is grated pickles. Now cover these layers with mayonnaise. The next layer is finely chopped green onions. Lay avocado on top. And again a layer of mayonnaise. The eighth layer is carrot. Ninth – finely grated proteins. The last layer is mayonnaise. Now it’s time for the muzzle. To do this, boil the potatoes, peel them. Attach the ears with toothpicks. We cut out the eyes from olives, and the nose from carrots or red pepper. Cut the olives in thin strips in a circle and decorate the body of the tiger. Set the head with wooden skewers. Lubricate the head with mayonnaise and fasten the strips. The process is over, it’s time to the table! The white handsome man rightfully occupies a central place on the festive table!
