Lamb Salad with Mushrooms

Ingredients: lamb pulp 120 grams
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
almonds 30 grams
green beans 100 grams
champignons 80 grams
soy sauce 1 tsp. a spoon
sauce 2 hours spoons
green onion 5 grams
garlic 1 clove Lamb cut into strips and fry with finely chopped garlic in oil.
Cut the beans and mushrooms. Add to the meat. Roast until done.
Peel the almonds and add to the meat. Mix, refrigerate. Add beans, chopped champignons, pour over oyster and soy sauce and fry until tender. Cool down.
Before serving, put on a dish, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
