Florentine Chicken

Ingredients:
1) Milk 0.5% 600 ml.,
2) Spinach 450 gr.,
3) Chicken fillet 1000 gr.,
4) Bulb onion 100 gr.,
5) Cheese 17% 50 gr.,
6) Mustard 10 gr.,
7) Garlic 5 gr.,
8) Salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking:
Sauté the onion and garlic until soft, add the spinach and sauté until the spinach is tender. Chop the spinach and place in a heatproof baking dish. Place the chicken pieces in the skillet. Fry both sides for a few minutes. Move the pan to the bottom of the roasting oven and leave there until done (10-15 minutes). Arrange the cooked chicken pieces on top of the spinach. Filling: mix milk and mustard, add seasoning to taste. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put it back in the oven, but not for long, so that the cheese melts.
