Tykpancakes for breakfast

Ingredients:

1 small pumpkin
2 eggs,
1 glass of milk
1 cup flour
sunflower oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

Clean the pumpkin and cut into slices. Grind with a blender.

Mix pumpkin puree with eggs, flour and milk, salt and pepper.

Stir the dough and let it brew for about 15 minutes. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a preheated skillet.
