Prune truffle

Useful treat. Of course, this is not a classic truffle. But very pleasant sweets with a touch of chocolate. And one more candy “costs” us only 38 kcal!

Compound:

prunes 100g
juice of half an orange
1 tbsp cognac / rum is possible without alcohol
4 tsp topped with cocoa
2 tsp top of sugar
cashew nuts 30g

Cooking:

1. Soak prunes in orange juice with cognac.
2. Grind prunes in a blender with knives. It is important to catch the moment and not bring it to a liquid state. Let the pieces remain better, but it will be thick.
3. Gradually add cocoa and sugar to chopped prunes, rubbing cocoa into prunes. It is necessary to rub with a spoon, achieving uniformity. If it is too thick, add the juice in which the prunes were soaked.

4. Rub, rub, rub until you achieve uniformity. Adjust the density of cocoa and juice.
5. Chop the nuts into medium pieces.
6. Roll the prunes into balls and roll them in nuts.
