Potato Tortilla(flatbread)

A boring omelet can be prepared in such a simple way and please your family with a potato tortilla.Products (for 4 servings)
Medium size potatoes – 2 pcs.
Olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
Onion (cut into thin strips) – 1 pc.
Garlic (peeled and minced) – 2 cloves
Bulgarian pepper, green (peeled and cut into thin strips) – 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper, red (peeled and cut into thin strips) – 1 pc.
Eggs (lightly beaten) – 6 pcs.
Cheddar cheese (shredded on a grater) – 120 g
Salt and ground black pepper to taste How to cook potato tortilla:
1. Peel potatoes and boil in water until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain the water from the cooked potatoes, cut the tubers into thin slices. Turn on the grill to preheat.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion and chopped peppers to the preheated skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add potatoes to skillet and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes.
3. Pour half of the beaten eggs over the potatoes, sprinkle with half of the whole shredded cheese and pour over the remaining beaten eggs. Salt and pepper and top with the remaining cheese. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and cook the potato tortilla for about 5 minutes.
4. Remove the lid from the pan, put the tortilla under the grill and cook until golden brown. Remove the finished dish from the oven and let it cool slightly in a pan, then cut the potato tortilla into portions and serve warm.
