Cheese pate with sweet pepper.

1/2 red, earth and yellow pepper,
10 g gelatin,
1/2 bunch thyme
300 g of cheese,
by 4 tbsp. l. white wine vinegar and pumpkin seed oil
pepper,
400 g cream cheese and mozzarella cheese,
4 bulbs
50 g pumpkin seed

Pepper cut into cubes. Separate thyme leaves. Soak and dissolve gelatin.
Mix cheese, cheese and mix with gelatin. Добавить pepper, тыквенное семя (оставив по 1 стоl. ложке того и другого), тимьян и приправить. Cut mozzarella cheese into slices. Line a rectangular shape with clear foil. Cover the bottom with cheese. Fill 1/3 of the cream and top with cheese. Fill the mold with layers of the remaining cream and cheese. Cool for 3 hours. Cut the onion into cubes. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and oil. Add onion. Cut the pate, arrange on plates with sweet pepper and pumpkin seed. Serve the sauce separately.
