Many people have digestive problems, and they may simply be unaware that they suffer from lactose intolerance, and continuing to consume milk cereals is even more harmful to their health.

Many doctors recommend drinking milk regularly, because it is a source of calcium, which strengthens our bones. However, there is no evidence to support that the benefits of milk for bones actually exist. So the United States ranks first in the number of patients with osteoporosis, and yet this country occupies a leading position in the dairy industry, and residents regularly consume milk.

Researchers at one of the largest universities in America have found that the glycemic index of milk is no less than that of white bread. At the same time, regardless of whether fatty milk was drunk or not, the composition of the blood changed.

In people who consumed milk for a long time, an increase in blood glucose levels was observed, fats began to be deposited in the abdominal region, weakness occurred, and the aging process accelerated. As the scientists explained, these signs were observed primarily in adults suffering from heart problems, overweight, hypertension and diabetes.

It is worth noting that milk, which has a natural composition, is useful, the main thing is not to mix it with other products. But the health benefits of the milk that we buy in stores are doubtful. It is difficult to call this product even milk. Yes, and cows today are fed with no one knows what, many have never even seen pastures, especially those that are grown at large livestock enterprises. After all, it is very difficult to constantly walk such a number of animals. In addition, cows are vaccinated and various drugs are added to feed, of course, all this affects the quality of milk.

Those who advocate regular consumption of milk argue that villagers have always been famous for their good health and strength. But they forget that in the villages milk is completely different, not restored or normalized, as we are used to seeing on the shelves. There they drink fresh milk, fish natural cottage cheese and sour cream.

Therefore, one should not confuse our milk with country milk. If you have the opportunity to use a natural product, then try to drink it without any foods and encourage children to drink as well. If you love milk so much, but can only drink store-bought milk, try to use it as little as possible, and do not mix it with anything. Even the benefits of porridge with milk are no longer the same as before, and now it does more harm.

It is necessary to remember once and for all that milk is not a drink, they do not quench their thirst, and it is also impossible to drink food. Its use adversely affects the process of digestion. And if you drink milk cold, then digestion slows down even more. If you drink milk, then try not to eat anything for at least an hour, this is the only way you can get health benefits from this product.
