How to Gain Weight for a Woman

Indeed, if men seek to impress us with impressive biceps, then for women this is not the most important thing. At least, if the woman is not targeting bodybuilders.
• Before eating, drink something that stimulates digestion. For example, citrus juice or kvass. It should be taken no earlier than 20-30 minutes before a meal, so that this does not prevent the gastric juice from digesting the food that comes with dinner;
• Rest after eating. At least 30-40 minutes. You can lie down or sleep;
• Choose foods rich in proteins and carbohydrates. This includes meat products, eggs, fish. You can take any meat, it is not necessary (and even undesirable) to abuse fatty pork, because it has a high cholesterol content. Fast food is also not suitable, because it does more harm than good. But chicken, turkey, rabbit, beef are well suited. Milk and, in general, any dairy products should be present in the diet.
Do not forget about carbohydrates: honey (it is preferable to sugar), potatoes, pasta;
•Perfectly fit into your diet and foods that are classified as highly nutritious: nuts, rice, legumes, dried fruits;
• Include vegetable fats in your food list. These are salads with olive or sunflower oil. They are rich in vitamin E, and it, just the same, regulates the metabolism in the body.
• The vitamin and mineral complex will also contribute to the solution of the question of how to gain weight for a woman. Drink juices, at least two to three liters daily;
• When visiting a fitness center, do a set of exercises, including strength. For example, push-ups, exercises with dumbbells, strength exercises for legs and arms.
• Combine physical exercise with water activities, such as a swimming pool.
In this case, you will not be covered with folds of fat, but you will be pleasantly surprised by the expressive relief on the arms and legs and toned abs. And you can forget about protruding ribs.
And remember about the mandatory examination by a doctor in order to exclude gastrointestinal diseases and hormonal disruptions as the cause of underweight.
