Kibiscus tea for weight loss

This unique tea, pleasant in taste and aroma, made from dry petals of hibiscus or Sudanese rose, as this plant is also called, came to us relatively recently, but in its homeland its beneficial properties have been known since ancient times, because it was not for nothing that the drink was called “the deliverer from all diseases”.”.

“Red lights” were used by healers to treat insomnia, depression and other disorders in the nervous system. A drink made from hibiscus petals also normalizes blood pressure, and in combination with drugs successfully removes toxins from the body, lowers fever, strengthens blood vessels, and treats heart diseases.

It’s all about the large amount of antioxidants and organic acids in the drink, which, in addition, is a storehouse of all kinds of vitamins. And the bioflavonoids and fruit acids contained in fresh tea are able to cleanse the intestines, which led to its use as an excellent tool for weight correction. Tea that has stood for more than 20 minutes from the moment of steaming will not harm you, of course, but it will bring little benefit. Nutritionists even recommend pouring miraculous petals with cold water to preserve the maximum amount of vitamins, and leave for eight hours. But if you still prefer a warm drink, then try to use fresh tea in the first five minutes after steaming, and when choosing dry petals, pay attention to their color. Hibiscus should be bright burgundy and whole, that is, the inflorescences should not be crushed.

Drinking tea for weight loss is very simple. Eliminate fatty and sugary foods from your diet and enjoy the taste and aroma of a freshly prepared drink from their Sudanese rose between meals. Since the tea itself is sweet and sour in taste, it is not recommended to sweeten it, it is better to add a little lemon juice. But don’t get your hopes up with cosmic results: hibiscus fat doesn’t disengage, it only helps cleanse the body. If you add two tablespoons of sugar to it and drink sandwiches with sausage, then the result may be the opposite. In addition, it is not recommended for patients with digestive disorders, and dentists generally advise rinsing the mouth after drinking tea because of its high acidity.
