Ten cold tea recipes

1. Warm tea with honey and lemon.
If you catch a cold, first of all, prepare a weak black or green tea, to which add 1 tsp. honey and a couple of lemon slices. It is very important not to add honey and lemon to boiling water to preserve their beneficial substances.

2. Raspberry tea with linden flowers.
