Ba Duan Wellness Qigong Jing (eight pieces of brocade)

Lower Dan Tian, to the Ming Men point. it две точки, которые находятся в поле Даньтянь, передняя – Цихай и задняя – Минмэнь. When we spread our arms and bring them back to the lower back, it is necessary to specifically press the Dan Tian from behind in the same way as we pressed it from the front. it называется «зажечь fire in Dan Tian. Then, when we tilt the body back, our Chi energy begins to circulate backwards. You must imagine how Qi flows along the posterior median meridian to the head - from the back of the head to the top of the forehead. While returning the body to a straight position, we inhale, move our hands along the belt from the Mingmen point back to the lower Dan Tian, and as we exhale we lower Qi down the anterior median meridian.

If you performed the exercise correctly, then in the final phase you will feel warmth and movement at the Yongquan point - the central point of the foot. After tilting, you again raise your hands along the anterior median meridian to the starting position - the area of the lower Dan Tian. Thus, passing our Qi energy in a circle along the entire body - through the "Big Heavenly Cycle", we wash the entire body with energy. Correctly performing all the movements of this “brocade cut”, you resume the correct circulation of energy throughout the body, removing the existing stagnation of Qi in various internal organs, massaging the points, increasing the flow of Qi in them, as well as in the muscles of the back and spine. When your energy circulates freely and unhindered, the body can form a shield of protective Qi against colds and other illnesses. Eventually Qi will fill and revitalize the entire body.

The most important thing when doing this exercise is to avoid excessive tension. If you properly relax the body, then easily bend forward. It is a mistake to bend the knees while tilting the body forward, it is also undesirable to force yourself to stretch down. The exercise must be performed smoothly and relaxed.

Exercise 7

Stare and Punch - Increases Strength

There are three important points in this "brocade cut" that need to be focused on.

The first moment is punching, this is when we deliver the usual direct punches; the second point is to look angrily, that is, a special look is meant. And the third point - we transform our internal Qi energy into external force and kindle energy. From the "horse pose" we deliver direct punches forward. In the beginning, it is very important that the gaze is precisely fixed at the point in space where you will strike.

"Look angrily" means that destructive energy should fly out of your eyes, which destroys the enemy or sweeps away everything obstacles in your path. The look should be furious, and the face is distorted by some kind of grimace. You must very clearly and firmly direct your gaze to one point in space. Why is it necessary? In this way, we transfer our internal Qi energy to the outside, throwing it out with the help of a glance. Therefore, in this "cut of brocade" the look is the most important point.

The third point is called “Qi Li”: where “li” is physical strength; Qi is our internal energy. By doing this exercise, we kind of raise our vital spirit. When the spirit is uplifted, the flow of Qi energy increases and muscle strength increases - li. When lifting the spirit and increasing the strength of Li, the Qi energy will fill your entire body to the very surface of the skin.

All punches should be delivered in such a way that we receive energy from the ground, which then goes up the legs to the waist. As soon as the energy reaches the lumbar region, you must, like a whip, direct it into a blow. That is, the third point is that we transfer internal energy into external physical force. A punch must be delivered with full force and power. If you imagine an obstacle in front of you, then the blow should, as it were, sweep it out of your way. If you can form the image of a strong blow, you can direct the Chi energy into the hands and feet to make the blow powerful.

When working out the exercise, first concentrate on the look, and not on the blow, perform the blow only when you imagine the movement of Chi from the ground through the legs to the waist. Otherwise, you'll just be throwing normal punches.

A typical mistake when performing an exercise is the wrong trajectory of the fist to strike. All blows must be applied only forward, and not to the side. It is also very important to maintain the correct body position in the “horse pose” (the correct body position in the “horse pose” is described above, in the guidelines for the “second cut of the brocade”).

Упражнение eight

Raising and lowering on the heels - cures diseases

The meaning of this exercise is that during the previous "seven cuts of brocade" you have accumulated a sufficient amount of fatigue and muscle tension, especially when performing movements in low stances. Therefore, your task is to relieve this tension. it первый момент. The second point is that by performing the “eighth cut of the brocade”, you pass the Qi energy through all channels that were cleared during the previous seven exercises.

First, from the starting position, we bend the palms at the wrists so that the fingers are directed forward, the centers of the palms are down. At the same time, pressing down with your hands, we transfer the weight of the body to the front of the feet, trying to raise the heels as high as possible above the surface. Then, relaxing the body and arms, we return to the starting position. When you transfer the weight of the body to the socks, create the following figurative representation: from above, as if slowly lifting the top of your head, tying to the sky, and at the same time gently pushing from below under the buttocks. You should feel the energy circulating along the spinal column, which makes you straighten up.

In the second phase of this exercise, after lifting on toes, we will perform a sharp and vigorous lowering down on the heels. When performing this movement, you must focus your mind on your heels. it упражнение как бы состоит из двух движений. With the first movement, you stimulate the six channels of Qi and push the energy from the bottom up. With the second movement, when you drop energetically, with force, on your heels, you are pushing energy from top to bottom. That is, by performing these two movements, one after the other, you “smooth out” the Qi energy from the top of your head to the feet, as if “chasing” it through all previously cleansed channels.

После того как вы закончили выполнять упражнения, станьте прямо, расслабьте все тело и, сосредоточившись на среднем Даньтянь на некоторое время, естественно вдохните и выдохните one0 раз.

The minimum number of repetitions of each exercise of the complex is 3 times. По мере роста вашего мастерства и увеличения энергетического потенциала можете увеличить количество повторений каждого упражнения сначала до 7, а потом и до 2one раза.

How Qigong cures diseases. The circulation of energy in the human body

The human body has a special system that connects the surface of the body with internal organs and the upper part of the body with the lower one and connects all solid and hollow organs. Meridians and collaterals are neither blood vessels nor nerves. The term "meridian" (ching) has the meaning of "route". Meridians are also called conductors of energy. They form the main lines. The term "collateral" (lo) has the meaning of a network. Collaterals are branches of meridians. Meridians and collaterals entwine everything body and bring it into organic unity by connecting various parts. There are twelve regular meridians - twelve meridians leading to the hard and hollow organs. Their nature is expressed in terms of Yin and Yang. Those meridians that, connecting solid organs, run along the inner side surfaces of the body, are called Yin meridians. Those that connect the hollow organs, run along the outer side surfaces of the body, are called Yang-meridians. According to the nature of the internal organs and the routes they follow, the meridians are divided into three Yin hand meridians, three Yin foot meridians, and three Yang hand and three foot meridians.

The rules for passing and connecting these twelve meridians are as follows:

- three Yin hand meridians extend from the chest through the arm, where they connect with the three Yang hand meridians;

- three hand Yang meridians extend from the hand and connect through the head with three foot Yang meridians;

- Three foot Yang meridians extend from the head and connect through the foot with three foot Yin meridians; the three leg Yin meridians stretch from the leg and connect through the chest with the three Yin meridians of the arm.

Yin meridians are associated with solid organs, while Yang meridians are associated with hollow organs.

The solid organs passing through the internal organs support the hollow organs in the case of Yin meridians, and the hollow organs support the solid organs in the case of Yang meridians, thus forming six pairs of interconnected meridians that unite the surface and internal organs.

Twelve meridians cover the surfaces and internal parts of the human body.

Их текущие маршруты проходят через тело и тесно соединяются друг с другом (rice. one–one2). They start from the lung meridian on the arm (tai yin),
