Thalasso and relaxation. Irina Krasotkina

kale is successfully used in the treatment of thyroid diseases.
Sea salt perfectly regulates water-salt metabolism, which for many of us after the age of 30 is disturbed, which in turn leads to weight gain, cellulite and other troubles. Magnesium, contained in large quantities in sea salt, helps to improve metabolic processes in the skin.
Peeling with sea salt strengthens connective tissues, stimulates lymph circulation and at the same time eliminates dead, keratinized skin particles. It helps restore apricot tenderness and velvety to rough skin on the feet, knees and elbows.
Sea salt is a very good disinfectant, so it can be used to heal wounds, trophic ulcers and fistulas. Inhalations using sea salt disinfect the airways and relieve sore throats.
An important element of thalasso is mud therapy. Sea mud has a very active effect on the body, so toxins are removed not only from the surface of the skin, but also from the very depths of your body, as if you had undergone a cleansing course with the use of enemas and fasting. In addition, dirt, like blotting paper, absorbs excess oil, soothes and disinfects the skin well. Therefore, mud is successfully used for the treatment of cellulite.
Healing agents given to us by the sea have proven themselves in the treatment of various diseases, such as rheumatism, allergic reactions, insomnia, inflammation of the skin, upper respiratory tract, cardiovascular diseases, enlarged thyroid gland.
Staying at sea is always a good mood, a great way to relieve nervous and muscular tension. Thalasso is freshness and youth. This is the taste of life.

CHAPTER 3
UNDER THE NOISE OF THE WAVE AND THE SHOUTS OF THE SEAGULLS RELAXATION CONTROL ON THE SEA

One of the main sources of obtaining information about the world around us is vision. Contemplating, from the very childhood, we seem to absorb the pictures of the world. What we see affects us the most.
The atmosphere, colors, lighting help us to mobilize or, conversely, relax. The most common types of relaxation of contemplation are the fine arts and nature. They are like Siamese twins inseparable and are a continuation and complement of each other. Both in nature and in art, one of the creative forces is beauty, which, according to the classic, will certainly save the world, because beauty is both peace, and love, and warmth, and peace.
As you know, a person has always sought to capture those pictures that surrounded him, left a mark on his soul, shook his imagination with their grandeur, some kind of unspoken tenderness and silence. Sometimes there were not enough words to express the inner state, and the landscape caused so much awe, so many emotions that it was impossible not to try, not to try at least partially to convey all the charm of an unusual summer sunset or the ringing beauty of a winter forest, the roar of a raging deep sea or the mobility of sun glare on wave surface.
We all have such an elusive state of contemplation, when the grace that has appeared from nowhere is pouring in the soul, and suddenly out of nowhere, out of thin air poems are created, rhymes appear and form lines; I think I would take a brush and an easel and... So the world around us, nature sometimes inexplicably affects us... And the sea? The sea, you see, is far from last in terms of the strength of its impact on our feelings.
Since the very creation of the world, so to speak, the sea has excited people with its landscapes. It did not give rest to freedom-loving natures, beckoned them, attracted them. Therefore, at all times there were people who loved the sea more than land, ready for many feats and even madness for the sake of this heady delight, incomprehensible to many of us, with which they indulged in their passion. For, judging by the rapture with which poets have always sung about the sea, love for it is also a kind of element, passion, an abyss that can swallow a person whole, subjugate to itself, to its own laws and whims. The sea can (like any other passion) give a lot, but it also takes a lot in return. And like a tyrant, demands sacrifices and hymns.
How else to explain the fact that there are plenty of immortal monuments dedicated to the sea, both in literature and in the visual arts? But since we are talking about contemplation, let's not now focus on literary odes to the sea and its imperishable beauties, but turn directly to its image.
As you know, in the visual arts there is a whole direction, working in which, artists paint only the sea, only seascapes, hence the name of the direction - marinism. The most prominent representative of marine painters is I. Aivazovsky. His canvases truly stagger the imagination with their masterful transfer of the spirit of this element.
In the paintings of this artist, the sea is captured in almost all possible states: during a storm and calm, at sunset and at dawn. When you see them, sometimes you don’t even realize that these are paintings, they are written out so believably and vividly. I want to look at them for a long time, remember every stroke, try to look beyond the visible. Maybe, for someone, love for the sea began with such pictures.
It is possible that for you, love for him will begin with this. Call the sea, tune in to its waves, mentally imagine it. Maybe you will hear the sound of the surf, feel the salty smell of the waves? If you can’t go to him, try to “invite” the sea to you. Let your house fill it sounds, smells, landscapes. And here we would advise you to use the works of Aivazovsky, they are close to the spirit of the sea.
Undoubtedly, nature has the most powerful impact on our psyche, on our emotional state. Depending on what landscapes surround us, our mood, thoughts, actions change. Whether we like it or not, nature affects us all the time. For example, climatic conditions represent one of our urgent concerns, we all plan our affairs with the obligatory consideration of the weather. Of course, nature does not have bad weather, but still very often the weather is more of a hindrance than a help to us. Often rain or snow brings us that same state of melancholy that the sun and the beach so wonderfully relieve. In a word, nature with its changing meteorological conditions is the same doctor who heals and cripples, and for treatment we again turn to Mother Nature.
True, earlier it was more like a “grandmother's” method, reeking of such antiquity. All these poultices from roots and herbs are called something frivolous: alternative medicine. However, recent medical, psychological and various social studies confirm that the so-called "know-how" in this area, on closer examination, turn out to be recipes that have been tested for centuries. This confirms one phrase, also tested for centuries, that everything new is nothing but the well-forgotten old, including the theme of our book.
After all, from time immemorial, people who lived on the coast used what the sea offers - both for food, and for the treatment of diseases, and for cosmetic purposes. And now we only remember the old recipes and recommendations that were known, say, in ancient Greece. We, perhaps even half of what was known before, do not know about the sea and act rather on a whim. We are surprised to discover the sea, but even these discoveries give us little.
We know that the sea is one of the most global sources of healing substances, that marine products contain a lot of vitamins and minerals we need, that the use of cosmetics containing seafood brings amazing results, that the sea is an excellent cure for many diseases, and finallythat being at sea has a striking effect: people get rid of many psychological problems. The contemplation of seascapes is so has a beneficial effect on the nervous system, which can often be called the rebirth of a person, or, if you like, his second birth.
In general, nature is the most natural source for contemplation, relaxation, and mobilization of the body's forces. We strive to be closer to nature, charging with its healing power, energy and beauty. And turning to her for help, we always find a response. Being in the bosom of nature, we get the desired sensations and feelings, no matter if we are walking in a city park or along the Pacific coast. Nature hears us, she feels our inner state and reacts in unison. One has only to tune in to her wave. And there is no better means than turning to nature.
But let's get back to contemplation. The visual perception of seascapes, even on the canvases of artists, as we have already said, has an excellent relaxing effect. Imagine a picture: a boundless expanse of water and sky, blue, merging together at the horizon line. The space is so big that you can't see it. Isn't it already soothing? And now let's add lighting - the rising sun, promising us a wonderful summer day - one mood, and the crimson sunset is completely different. But these are only pictures!.. But there are also noises, smells!
This is what the main drawback of art lies in - it is not able to convey either the rustle of foliage or aromas. Of course, here you can find a way out: turn on a cassette recording sea noises, light scented candles, prepare a bath for yourself and admire the paintings of Aivazovsky and at home, but that's a completely different story. Agree, at
