The Seven Stages of Self-Realization Volume I Stage Three. Sri Paramahamsa Yogananda

every minute of your existence with the influence of concentration and meditation and do not disturb this world with restless thoughts. If you collect concentration in a bucket of meditation and you find that you have a flow of anxiety, that concentration will flow out. You shouldn't have any mental leak. If you throw a bag of seeds on the ground, it is very difficult to collect them back into the bag, so the mind can be compared to a bag of consciousness filled with grains of thoughts, and if you release the bag of concentration due to negligence or open the bag of concentration with a dagger of anxiety, then all thoughts, like grains, will scatter and it will be very difficult to put them together again. Just as oil is obtained from the grinding of mustard seeds, so by gathering thoughts together and resins with their power of concentration, you can get the oil of self-realization.
The silence that you experience while practicing this task should be utter silence. Keep this silence. Practice this continuously, and then there will be no limit to what you cannot do. You get a sense of peace as soon as you start practicing silence, and it will seem to you that these are already the end results, but this is just the beginning. At the very beginning, behind the darkness of closed eyes, people see the light of the spiritual (third) eye. Some do not hear the great Cosmic Sound of OM suddenly in silence, before they hear any other astral sound.
Hold on to the consciousness of the world that is the result of meditation, and continue to increase this world by deepening meditation and producing what makes you happy; you will soon see how quickly you will draw closer to God. If you consciously do not make efforts to improve yourself, then several more incarnations will pass and you will not reach the goal. However, if you now begin to try, from this very moment, and will try to keep continuously your inner world of concentration and meditation, then you will be one with God.
Yogis always try to keep their world, created by meditation by the effort of the mind, in all actions and relationships with other people. If after meditation you are the God of Peace and suddenly turn into a trait of disharmony when the mask falls off you, then your meditations were of little value. The meaning of meditation is to make you carefully recall your quiet nature, which you have forgotten, and thereby suppress the mental disturbances appropriated by your worldliness.
Meditation is the only portal that every, every religious seeker needs to pass through in order to know, find, see and know God. Meditation is the only portal pillars to God. Throw away orthodox and intellectual dogmatism. Do not be satisfied until you hear from the mouth of God in the temple of meditation that He is, was and will always be with you.
An answer to your prayers
In order to receive God's answer to your prayers - requests, ask only for what you really need. Desires to acquire extraordinary wealth of a material nature will eventually cause misfortune and slow down your spiritual progress.
Before you ask anything from God, first establish your identity with Him through meditation. Then ask as a child asks for what is rightfully his, knowing that your request will be granted, but do not repeat the behavior of a beggar asking for alms.
Many prayers are repeated absent-mindedly by the repetition of empty words, mechanically repeated. When you meet a friend after a long separation, you do not look for advice in friendship books on how to express your love to him. God is your most close friend. May your prayer-requests be your own expressions of your feelings, coming directly from the depths of your heart.
When you truly need something, the thought of it is always on your mind, no matter where you are and no matter what you do. By developing a deep inner whisper that matches your desire, you will definitely receive an answer from Him. Constantly, without interruption, whisper to Him about your eternal love, about your ardent desire to achieve contact with Him (with God).
Offer deep mental whispers to Him in the Temple of Scientific Meditation until you hear His answers whispered everywhere, clear and loud.
Proof of the Existence of God
The great proof of the existence of God can only be found within oneself, through the practice of deep daily meditation in the correct manner taught by some competent Guru or Master. God's light will never shine through the doors of blind feelings. God can only be found through the open windows of logical searching. Satisfaction in God, without coming into immediate true contact and contact with Him, is death to wisdom and divine knowledge. Do not become lazy behind the mask of denominational religion, and in a similar way do not cease your efforts to know God in this life. Do not die in ignorance, but die in wisdom so that you may live forever in God.
Serious meditation practice as taught in these lessons will bring great blessings. This always new blessing is not created by desire. It manifests at the moment when all anxiety and other undesirable properties disappear through the magical internal, calm command created by your intuition. Always manifest this purity. When bliss visits you, you will experience it as a conscious, intelligent and universal Being that you can refer to, and not as an abstract mental state. This is the most convincing proof that God is eternal, always conscious, always new Bliss.
Weekly approval
Today, through a gentle touch of intuition, I will tune my soul radio and free my mind from constant anxiety so that I can hear the vibrations of Your Cosmic voices, the music of atoms, and the melody of love vibrating in my superconsciousness.

2. HOW TO DEVELOP YOUR MENTAL RADIO
Part I
Consciousness is in every thing
Due to prolonged concentration on its small body and its needs, the soul has forgotten its omnipresent nature. God is omnipresence. The cosmos is His body. The human soul, created in the image of God, contains within itself the seeds of the experience of omnipresence. This omnipresent consciousness is hidden in a small soul, just as a big tree is hidden in a small seed. Just as a tree grows from a seed planted in the right soil, so right meditation, planted in the soul, will manifest the consciousness of omnipresence.
The worldly, worldly soul is busy with its own small body and its fragmentary attitude, and its consciousness does not go beyond its own home. The spiritual man, through the spreading of the light of sympathy and meditation, learns to take part in the sufferings and misfortunes of other souls. He is aware that the universe or Cosmos is his abode. Putting all of your attention on the body causes the mind to think of itself as enclosed in the body. In the meditation on the Infinite, when the meditation becomes deeper, it turns the meditator, the meditation, and the object of meditation into one being, convincing the mind that it is not only embedded in a small body, but that it is in every thing. The mind, meditating on a small body, is limited by it. The mind that meditates on the Infinite becomes unlimited. Meditation is an art that diverts attention from mundane things (from the small body and small particles of space in which mortals live) to the - Boundless.

The brain is the repository of the Life Force
The brain of each person is a repository of the Life Force. Radiant waves of energy, electrical in nature, travel through the human brain. If you strike hard on the head, you can see electric sparks. A blow to the head produces a tendency of energy trying to discharge. Just as a cup filled with water pours out water when shaken, so a brain full of energy constantly sends energy to the muscles, to the movements and work of the heart, lungs, diaphragm, to renew cells, to saturate the blood with chemicals and maintain motor nervous system. In addition, thinking, feeling and will require a huge supply of brain energy. Thus, the radio of the brain often has an energy battery. Just as when the battery is used up, it does not work, so the brain of the radio, if it does not have energy, then it cannot work like a thought radio receiver either. Ordinary radios are equipped with batteries that provide energy. The human brain is supplied with Life Force energy designed to act as a radio, receiving thoughts, or transmitting thoughts to other brain radios.
Learn to transmit thoughts at will
A radio is an apparatus that operates by means of electrical waves, like radiant energy, every radio needs an antenna. However, the time will soon come when radios and telegraph systems will be taken out of use, because we will soon be able to communicate mentally through our own brain radios.
We often have "premonitions". This is our mental radio at work, mysteriously attuned to the thoughts of other people or to the vibrations of some anticipated event that flow through the ether of Cosmic consciousness. Sometimes, when we continuously and very strongly desire that others recognize our known desires, then they are recognized by others.
Now the question arises - if the human mind can sometimes receive or send thoughts to some other mind without the usual means of communication, then why could not human mental radio apparatus be so tuned that they could receive or transmit thought messages
