fetters of the body and from the bondage of the breath.
б) Устранена величайшая помеха body.
c) Decay (combustion) of internal organs is suspended.
d) Man realizes that he is alive by the Cosmic Energy coming through the brain.
e) The heart calms down and turns off the energy of the five sense phones, facilitating this concentration.
f) Man learns to live by Cosmic Self-Consciousness, and not only by bread and breath alone.

Technique концентрации "Хонг-Соу"
This lecture will teach you how to turn on and off the vital current in the body lamp (muscles, feelings, heart, spinal ridge, etc.) at will and how to achieve complete relaxation of the body - relaxation. Inattention while using this manual causes drowsiness. Концентрированное внимание создает ощущение божественной жизни в каждой клетке body.
Wherever you are, sit straight and loose, without bending your back. Close your eyes (or focus on one point between the eyebrows). After that, with the greatest calmness, follow the natural course of breathing - inhalation and exhalation. As the breath enters, bend the index finger of your right hand to the palm of your hand and mentally say "Hong" without moving your tongue. When the breath comes out (when exhaling), bend the index finger away from the palm and mentally say the word "Sow". (The movement of the index finger is intended to separate the inhalation from the exhalation. When you are able to mentally separate the inhalation from the exhalation, then the movement of the index finger will be superfluous.) During this exercise, take a calm position and imagine yourself as a silent observer who watches the inflow of air (inhalation) and outflow (exhalation) of your breath, which usually happens unconsciously. You can practice this instruction anywhere and anytime, day or night, whenever you have free time. By continuing appropriate studies in this spirit, you will feel great peace and tranquility in yourself, and soon you will realize yourself as a soul, which is much higher than the material body and which is not dependent on it.
"Hong" and "Sow" in Sanskrit are the holy words of chanting, the vibration of which is reminiscent of inhaled and exhaled breath. In general, each sound has its own special spiritual influence and consistency. The repetition in the mind of the words "Hong Sou" has a great calming value and spiritual influence, useful to the student for the exercise of observing (controlling) the inhalation and exhalation of air.
The best way to practice this technique of concentration is to sit in a straight chair, after covering it with a woolen blanket so that it also covers the legs to isolate the body from earthly magnetism and other interference. Sit upright with your face facing east and not touching the back of the chair with your back. This exercise should also be practiced in spare minutes when traveling by bus, tram or any other place, when you are in inaction. Watch your breath constantly and mentally repeat "Hong Sou" without moving your finger, without closing your eyes, and without also concentrating your gaze between the eyebrows, which could attract the attention of people nearby. Keep your eyes open without blinking and look straight ahead at a specific point in front of you. During this exercise, keep your head and spine straight.
The purpose of this lecture is to develop conscious passivity. It teaches you to release your attention from the influence of feelings-sensations. Breath - это связка, соединяющая душу с телом. Man lives in the atmosphere, and he needs air as much as a fish needs water. When a person learns to rise above breathing, then he enters the heavenly kingdom of angels. By observing (controlling) the incoming and outgoing respiratory current, breathing naturally slows down and calms the increased activity of the heart, lungs and diaphragm.
The heart pumps about 17 tons of blood daily and does not get rest even at night (as happens with other organs). The Hong Sow system is one of the greatest services to the world from the spiritual science of India, because it teaches the way to lengthen life and teaches the practical method of rising above bodily sensations (self-consciousness) and the way to realize one's true Self (ego) as an immortal spirit..
In a dream, we experience a weakening of the manifestation of feelings (sensations). When death occurs, complete relaxation occurs against the will of the person himself, for the heart stops. If a person is able to dominate the activity of the heart, then he is also able to die consciously, leaving the body and returning to it at will every day, as the Apostle Paul did (1 Cor. 15:31) and as many Indian yogis do, who, applying the Hong Sou exercise, they achieved great power over their cardiac activity. These yogis know how to voluntarily leave their physical bodies, with dignity and joy, and death can neither surprise them nor rudely throw them away. get out of the temple of their body when the contract of employment ends. When the heart is at rest, breathing becomes unnecessary. The life energy, leaving the heart and nerves of sensation in this way, disconnects the five sense phones that normally disturb our ego and fragment our attention with sensation messages from the outside world. When the Hong Sou system disconnects the senses, then the sensations no longer reproduce thoughts, which, in turn, stop the awakening of the subconscious through the association of thinking. Soим путем внимание научно освобождается от рассеивания и ученик подготовлен для перехода к высшей деятельности.
When is the best time to concentrate?? The four changes of the day correspond to the four seasons: Dinner time is summer, 6 pm is the rainy season or autumn, midnight is winter, and early morning is spring. During these four magnetic times of the day, four changes affect the body. The goal is to reveal each of the four changeable bodily periods, revitalizing and magnetizing it with a vital current and Cosmic Consciousness. These currents stop the changes and delay the breakdown of cells. Therefore, it is best to practice these immutable teachings 4 times a day in order to achieve certain scientific results.
Indulge in reflection-meditations from 5-6 in the morning, or from 11-12 noon, from 17-18 in the evening and from 22-23 or 23-24 at night.
Part VII
Expertise in concentration
Life force and power over life. The life force is the electrical force in the sensitive nerve telephone motor which enables the ego and mind to receive visual, auditory, tactile, gustatory and olfactory data through the sensory nerves and transmit impulses to the motor (motor) nerves. The control of the life force helps to retain electrical energy from the nerve telephones and thus helps to eliminate the onslaught of restless and overwhelming feelings. The control of the life force over the five sense telephones teaches one to apply concentration scientifically when the energy is withdrawn from the nerve telephones, and then perception cannot divert the attention of one who is practicing to attain the power of concentration.
The life essence of the body is created from the most precious tissues and bodily energy. Each creative drop of chemical fluid contains eight drops of blood and electrical energy. the energy contained in those thousands of blood cells. Each cell of the creative fluid is a microscopic battery of the spiritual brain. If it is unwise to expel the spiritual and astrally retained batteries from the body, then the bodily as well as the spiritual vitality is reduced and breathing becomes extremely restless. Myriad atoms from life and intelligence remain as soldiers in the creative chemical synthesis. Drive them out of the body by the enemy, i.e. the allurement of temptation means to lose the soldiers of energy and spiritual strength and become a victim of darkness, disease, weakness, fear, worries, dissatisfaction, melancholy and too early death.
The mind is the operator that controls breath, life force, power over life and all bodily functions. Without his guiding power, all bodily functions cease to function. When consciousness completely leaves the body, then the brain and spine and all bodily functions stop their activity. The mind controls all the functions of the body, without the control of the mind one cannot control all the bodily functions until the mind has become familiar with its own power and breath, with the related power of vitality, life force in relation to itself.
The person who tries to gain control of the mind by harmonizing breath, life force and life essence will find freedom sooner than one who does not try to gain spiritual control, without breath control and without the help of life energy.
Preparation and behavior.
