Horary astrology. Anna Ungar, Lillian Huber

Some astrologers believe that one should invariably assign the 1st house to the buyer, the 7th house to the seller, the 4th house to property, and the 10th house to the price of property. Other astrologers use a more flexible house allocation system when it comes to debt, giving the 1st house to the querent, whether the querent is the buyer or the seller. Our experience suggests that this is the most rational method. The property that the participant in the transaction asks about always belongs to the 4th house, and the second participant in the transaction - to the 7th house. The value (cost) of real estate for the querent is indicated by the 4th house in the same way as the state in which this real estate is located. The value (value) of this property for the other party to the transaction is indicated by the 10th house. The actual selling price is seen as some form of compromise between these two prices. The second house represents the funds of the querent, and the 8th house represents the funds of the other party to the transaction.

As in all horary charts, the system of derived houses is applicable in this case. For example, if inquiries are made about property being bought or sold by an adult child of the querent, then the 5th house will represent the child, the 8th house the property, and the 11th house the other party to the transaction.

Part III ОСНОВНЫЕ ПРИНЦИПЫ ХОРАРНОЙ АСТРОЛОГИИ

The following principles are given here as a guide to interpreting a horary chart. We draw the reader's attention to the fact that all principles are discussed in the interpretation of the example maps in Part VIII. The astrologer does not need to follow these charts verbatim (shorthand). It is better to use them as a checklist (checklist) in order to be sure that no important terms have been missed.
1. Make sure the question is understood (understood). Discuss the subject of interest with the querent to make sure there are no hidden secrets in the question being asked. questions.
2. Note (note, write down) the full date and coordinates for the time the response was received (day, month, year, time, latitude and longitude). If the question is asked to the astrologer by phone (even if the call is from afar), use the time and place where the astrologer is and comprehends the question. If the question is in a letter and the letter contains a date, use that date, or use the time and place where and when the astrologer reads and reflects on the question.
3. Make sure (make sure) that the querent has the right and the need to know the answer to this question. If this is not the case, then the astrologer must evade the answer.
4. Calculate the map. Traditionally, horary astrologers used a graphical method of charting.
5. Use the Horary Reference Book to determine the appropriate houses for the querent (if any).
6. Identify the querent's significators (if any) and goals (tasks).
7. Calculate (calculate) all relevant aspects commonly used in horary astrology. Include all aspects of the Moon until it changes sign.
8. Note the aspects involving the transference of light, the collection of light. Pay attention to retrograde planets (moving in the opposite direction).
9. Examine (examine) the map for conditions that indicate limitations in valuation. Mark them.
10. Take command! Don't be afraid to rate the map.
11. Interpret the chart by analyzing the aspects between the querent and the goal (task). Renumber the houses if necessary.
12. Contrast the aspects created between the important significators in relation to the question and other conditions that exist in the chart. The answer to the question lies in the aspects created between the important significators. The astrologer must conclude whether the balance is tilting towards a favorable outcome (the answer to the question) or an unfavorable outcome. This is the art of horary astrology.

Part IV КАРТЫ, СОСТАВЛЕННЫЕ ДЛЯ ПРИМЕРА

FOREWORD
The following cards are a few examples that demonstrate the application of some of the principles described in the book. Maps are given showing the direct house system and the derivative house system, maps showing the application of the stepwise principle in consideration of both non-blood kinship and blood kinship, as well as the use of former (no longer existing) ex-kinship ties in the map.
DIRECT HOUSE SYSTEM
Data: 5/26/1982, 4:29 pm EDT (20:29 GMT), 3405, 8420.

Question: "Will I go to California this summer?"

Querent hoped to make a trip from her home East to California.

The first house represents the querent and the question. Venus is the significator of the querent, Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter are co-rulers (occupying the 1st house). The Moon co-rules the matter. Since the querent travels very little, she considers the planned trip a long one. Journey is represented by the 9th house and Mercury is the significator of the journey (on the cusp of the 9th house).

Venus (ruler of the querent) does not create any aspect to Mercury (ruler of the journey). This indicates that the planned trip will not take place. Moreover, Mercury is a retrograde planet in the 9th house, and Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter (co-rulers of the querent) are also retrograde. These are additional signs that the querent will change his plans and not make this trip.

Exodus. Conditions deterred the querent from his planned trip (forced him to postpone his planned trip), and he ultimately canceled his plans. The trip did not take place.
DERIVED HOUSE SYSTEM
Data: 7/12/1982, 8:02 am, E8T (13:02 GMT), 3405, 84.

Question: "Will my uncle survive this heart attack?"

Querent received word that her maternal aunt's husband was suffering from a severe heart attack.

Jupiter is the lord (ascending) and Venus, Mercury, Neptune and the Moon are co-rulers of the querent and question (in the 1st house). The uncle is the one about whom the question is asked, and the location of his house should be determined using the derived house system. The tenth house represents the querent's mother, the 12th house (3rd from the 10th house of the mother) represents the mother's sister, and the 6th house (7th from the 12th house of the maternal aunt) represents the aunt's spouse (uncle). Uncle's ruler is Venus (on the cusp).

The uncle's house of health (uncle's health house) is the 11th house of the chart (6th from the 6th house of the uncle), ruled by Pluto and co-ruled by Mars (on cusp) and Jupiter (in the 11th house). Uncle's house of death is the 1st house of the chart (8th from the 6th house of uncle), ruled by Jupiter and co-ruled by Venus, Mercury and Neptune. Venus, the significator of the uncle, is in the 1st house of the chart (death and / or surgery - 8th from the 6th house - the house of the uncle), sextile (in relation to) Pluto, the ruler of the 6th house of health. This is a sign that the uncle's health will improve and he will survive this heart attack. In addition to this, the Moon, co-ruler of the question, will trine Mars and sextile Jupiter, co-rulers of the uncle's house of health.

However, the Moon in the 9th house of the chart is in the 4th house from the 6th house - the house of the uncle, at the end of the house of the subject under discussion for the uncle. The Moon goes into square to Mercury - the ruler of the end of the subject of discussion for the uncle. The Moon is square Neptune, the co-ruler of the 8th house, the house of death of the uncle. Moreover, the Moon forms a square with the Sun in the aunt's house. Uranus, the co-ruler of the aunt, carries the message of misfortune (death, fate, fatality), being located in the nodal degree. The 29th degree on the uncle's Ascendant indicates that the outcome of the situation has already been decided; the seeds have already been sown; that will affect the outcome. This is especially important as the question concerns his health and his life.

Obviously, the uncle will survive the current heart attack, however, the situation does not look optimistic. Obviously, his life is in danger and he has little time left. How much time, this is indicated by the 11th degree of the Moon of the falling (lowering) house of the end of the object, forming a right angle with respect to Mercury, and the 13th degree, which is perpendicular to Neptune in the 8th house - the uncle's house of death. Uncle has approximately 11 to 13 weeks to live.

Exodus. He survived a December heart attack but suffered another fatal attack on March 14, 1983.

Question: "Should we enter a flea market with a kiosk (tent) business? If so, should we choose a location for our tent at point No. 1 or point No. 2? Will the business be successful? Will we get a good profit?

The two querents hoped to open a small business at one of two locations in a large flea market. Location N 1 seemed good, but was not provided with air conditioning, although the market administration promised to provide air conditioning in the fly.

The querent as a whole and matters are ruled by Mercury retrograde (ascending) and the Moon is co-ruler. Business - business (10th house) about which the question is asked is ruled by Neptune and co-ruled by Jupiter, which is located in the Via Combusta zone. The twelfth house represents the first location (3rd from the 10th house of business) and is ruled by Venus which is in mutual perception with Saturn. The second house represents the second location (non-blood connection
