Massage 5 channels 1
Point Yun-quan – “yong” – “seething, breaking out”; “quan” – “source, spring”, is located in a recess in the middle of the sole, is the source point of the kidney channel, from where, as if from a spring, the channel qi of the foot shao-yin of the kidney channel “bursts out”. If you tighten your fingers, a depression forms on the foot between the large and small tubercles of the foot – in it is the yung quan point
Localization: in the middle of the sole, between the II and III metatarsal bones, in the depression formed when the toes are pressed, 1/3 of the distance from the base of the II – III fingers to the posterior edge of the heel, 2/5 of the distance from the tip of the II finger to the rear edge heels.

Obviously, the area in which the influence on the yongquan points helps is huge. You can find techniques specifically for your problem. But also a simple massage of these points can greatly improve your condition.
The ancient Chinese said that for diseases in the upper parts of the body, it is recommended to use points in the lower parts of the body. Yongquan is located on the sole, it is the lowest point, therefore, exposure to this point achieves a therapeutic effect in diseases of the liver, kidneys, heart and lungs.
Yunquan point massage
In acupuncture self-massage, the most common pressure is with one finger – forefinger, middle or thumb. Pressing on the point is carried out with a slightly bent finger so that the manipulation is as painless as possible. Then, rapid oscillatory movements are carried out on a point that do not move the skin. Sharp pain is a sign that the pressure on the point needs to be reduced.

When massaging the point, you should press hard enough on it until you feel a slight pain. If there is no obvious pain, or the skin in this place is relaxed, when pressed, the dent remains for a long time, you should not massage the point (this will only weaken the kidneys even more)
As a rule, these Yong Quan points are massaged with a circular motion of the thumb, but you can also rub the soles of the feet with the central part of the palm.
