For an afternoon snack, you can eat a glass of strawberries with a slice of whole grain or rye bread. For dinner, strawberry salad, boiled potatoes, cottage cheese or kefir are served. During the day, a glass of freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice is drunk.

The disadvantages of the strawberry diet include its lack of balance and low calorie content. Strawberry diet is contraindicated for those who have gastritis, stomach ulcers and are allergic to strawberries.

Even if you can’t afford a four-day strawberry diet, by including them in your diet, you you will feel an improvement in overall well-being and a surge of new strength.
