Cabbage-apple-orange diet

Cabbage, apples, oranges from last harvest, and inexpensive pears and bananas can form the basis of a wonderful two-week fasting diet with a fiber bias. Fiber, unlike vitamins, is perfectly preserved in vegetables and fruits during long-term storage.

“Fiber is coarse food for a small waist!” – this is the main slogan of this diet.

Let’s start with the main thing: there are no vitamins in foods that have lain all winter. They all fell apart over the winter. The abundance of vitamin C is found only in freshly picked fruits. Therefore, before you go on a fiber diet, stock up on “Multinat” or some other vitamin-mineral complex.

Apples, oranges and cabbage can be used for more than just afternoon snacks and evening fruit salad. With their help, you can significantly reduce the calorie content of breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast

Make yourself a hot sandwich for tea (coffee).

Spread a piece (15 by 7 centimeters, thickness no more than 1 cm) of grain or rye bread or a loaf of bread with the thinnest layer of butter or margarine, stick a slice of apple or orange or cabbage on it, put a thin slice of low-fat cheese on top (or sprinkle with grated cheese) and that’s it put this splendor in the oven, roaster or microwave. It is necessary to wait until the cheese is melted, but do not fry the sandwich. You need to eat a sandwich warm, but not hot (try not to eat either hot or cold at all – the food temperature should be 18-45 degrees). TASTY! You can eat two or even three of these sandwiches for breakfast, but no more.

Two afternoon snacks: an apple or a pear or an orange.

Tea – no restrictions. Better green. Coffee – no more than two cups a day, including breakfast.

Mineral water – no restrictions, but the total liquid per day should not be more than 2 liters (do not force the kidneys) and no more than two glasses at a time (do not stretch the stomach).

Dinner

Salad (four options):

1. Cabbage-apple salad seasoned with low-calorie mayonnaise or vegetable oil.
2. Salad of cabbage, oranges, bananas and apples without dressing (bananas instead of dressing).
3. Finely chopped cabbage salad with Korean carrots or beets instead of seasoning at the rate of 50 g of Korean carrots / beets + 250 g of cabbage.
4. Cabbage with mayonnaise, garlic and soy sauce.

None of the four salad options contains salt. added! It is already present in Korean carrots and beets, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and banana salad is sweet, salt is not needed at all.

First course (three options):

1. Lenten borscht – you can add a teaspoon of vegetable oil for half a liter.
2. Lenten cabbage soup – you can roll the “Knorr” or “Galina Blanca” or “Maggi” cube per liter.
3. Vegetable soup with processed cheese (“Cheese with onions for soup” or “Cheese with mushrooms”) – half a hundred grams of cheese per liter.

Second course (four options):

1. Poultry (without skin) – 150 g.
2. Boiled or stewed fish – 150 g.
3. Cottage cheese casserole or cheesecakes – 200 g.
4. Baked potatoes with sour cream and herbs.

Dessert – compote of apples, oranges, pears without sugar.

Dinner – no later than three hours before bedtime! 4 options:

1. Braised cabbage (options are possible). One of the options is a fake dish: simmer the cabbage over low heat with onions or garlic and a piece of smoked sausage or ham, it is saturated with this smell and a complete illusion of a meat dish is created.
2. Omelet from two eggs with finely chopped cabbage.
3. Two large bananas or three small ones.
4. Fruit salad with honey and / or raisins, you can season with yogurt.

Before going to bed – a glass of yogurt, yogurt or a large apple or pear or orange.

General rules:

– Salt to a minimum. Enough of the salt that is already in food. It is better to use herbal seasonings instead of salt.

– Nothing fried! Only stews!

– Minimal sugar. If you can do without it, so much the better. Do not be afraid to stay without sucrose – it is found in all fruits and vegetables.

– Eat slowly – no one is chasing you.

– Enjoy your food – because all the dishes described are so delicious!

– Do not combine food with reading or TV, otherwise you will not feel the taste, swallow it without understanding, and saturation will not come.

Spring diets sometimes work wonders. Sit on such unloading for two weeks, coupled with physical activity – and five to seven centimeters at the waist are gone!
