Healthy intestines

A healthy diet for the intestines normalizes metabolic processes, improves the functioning of the body. Hold on for 10 days and you will get a healthy intestine, and, as a result of improved metabolic processes, lose 5-7 kg!
During the diet, take vitamin C, drink as much mineral non-carbonated water as possible.

In a diet for a healthy intestine, follow the main rule – do not consume: sugar, salt, soda, bread.

Days 1 and 2 are completely hungry, try to sit on green apples, and in the evening drink a cup of tea with a spoonful of honey.
Day 3
breakfast: oatmeal porridge boiled in water without salt and sugar, a glass of mineral water.
lunch: 200 g of boiled beef, tomato.
dinner: 200 g of boiled rice (you can use a little soy sauce), a cup of tea with lemon.
Day 4
breakfast: oatmeal porridge, a cup of coffee.
lunch: two apples, a slice of lemon.
dinner: apple and orange.
Day 5
breakfast: grated carrots sprinkled with lemon juice, fat-free yogurt, 150 g of cottage cheese, mineral water.
lunch: baked potatoes, two hard-boiled eggs, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers, pour over vegetable oil.
dinner: 200 g of boiled rice (you can use a little soy sauce), a cup of tea with lemon.
Day 6
breakfast: oatmeal porridge.
lunch: oatmeal porridge.
dinner: 200 g. boiled rice.
Day 7
breakfast: a cup of coffee.
lunch: vegetable broth, apple, 150 g of cottage cheese.
dinner: kefir.
Day 8
breakfast: oatmeal porridge, a glass of mineral water, vegetable broth, three apples, an orange.
lunch: kefir.
dinner: boiled fish, two oranges, tea.
Day 9
breakfast: kefir.
lunch: fish, tea.
dinner: 200 g of boiled beef, rice, three apples.
Day 10
breakfast. kefir.
lunch: tea with honey.
dinner: rice, orange and lemon slice.

It is better not to follow the diet during hard work or physical exertion.
