that can be contacted. The ancient Aryans believed that the planets and stars are the physical bodies of the inhabitants of the world of Svarga. Therefore, when a person communicates, say, with the Earth, in fact, his interlocutor is the goddess Bhumi. Jupiter is the king of the demigods Indra or Zeus. Saturn is the god of the laws of the universe Dharmaraj.
Vedic naturopathy describes the various properties of food, medicinal plants and minerals in relation to age, sex, type of human constitution, place of residence, daily and seasonal rhythms, predisposition to certain diseases. One of the canons of Ayurveda says: "Everything that surrounds us is a medicine, you just need to recognize it and use it correctly." Ayurvedic phyto-recipes have multi-component compositions, in which each plant takes its place in the hierarchy of possibilities for obtaining one or another effect. When collecting each medicinal plant, cosmic rhythms are taken into account: the corresponding lunar phase, day and time of day. Some herbs can only be harvested on certain two or three days in the season, or only at sunrise; at other times, their effectiveness is significantly reduced. The nature of the area is also important, since the same plant in a forest, in a clearing, by a lake, on a hill or swamp has completely different properties.
“Water and stone wears away” - this is the principle of action of many Ayurvedic medicines. They help gently, gradually and do not cause side effects, unlike modern pharmacological drugs, which are sometimes more dangerous than the disease itself. Ayurvedic medicines do not suppress, but activate the mechanism of self-regulation and detoxification of the body. They "hit right on target, destroying the enemy, not the building in which he is located." They do not "drive" the disease inside, turning it into a chronic process, but "pull" it out. In addition, they have a cleansing, tonic and rejuvenating effect.
Ayurvedic medicine professes a holistic (holistic) approach to a person. She considers chronic diseases as systemic ailments resulting from damage to many organs. Therefore, a doctor practicing Ayurveda must know all sections of medicine and be able to help any patient, regardless of whether it is an old man or a child, a man or a woman, whether he has heart or stomach problems. In addition, an Ayurvedic doctor (vaidya) never builds a relationship with a patient according to the principle: “I treat, and you accept everything without discussion”, on the contrary, he shows the way to healing and helps to take the first steps. The main path must be traversed by the patient himself, strictly following the instructions of the vaidya.
Vedic naturopathy professes an individual approach to a person. From the point of view of Ayurveda, no disease can proceed in the same way in different people. During the Vedic civilization, the Vaidya could not rely on biochemical laboratories and computers. Therefore, he made an accurate diagnosis using the "five mirrors" method - the state of the pulse, the iris of the eye, the auricle, tongue, skin and mucous membranes - giving complete information about the patient's condition. This method allowed not only to diagnose the onset of the disease or its clinical stage, but also to identify predisposition to certain diseases. Each person should have one attending physician who thoroughly knows his problems and observes him throughout his life.
Ayurveda compares a doctor to a warrior. Just as a warrior who wields many types of weapons will be most effective in battle, so a doctor who has learned many methods of treatment will quickly defeat the disease. The Vaidya must know very well the principles of diet and lifestyle to be prescribed to the patient according to his type of constitution, age, place of residence and possible ailments. He must be proficient in the science of marmavidya (acupuncture, chiropractic, acupressure and hirudotherapy) and have perfect knowledge of herbal and mineral treatments.
But, being a kshatriya in the fight against diseases, the doctor must be a brahmin in enlightening people and in spiritual practice, that is, a righteous and pure person who owns the elements of yoga and meditation methods. He should devote himself to the search for truth and compassion and treat every living being with love.
Ayurveda does not consider disease only as a negative phenomenon. One of the canons says that "diseases are our teachers." They do not appear just like that, but become indicators of our evolutionary development. Ayurveda describes in detail the deep roots of ailments related to our thoughts, emotions and actions, and points to special "disease-friends" that come to save us from more serious ailments. They need to be able to recognize and not rush to expel from the body; and modern doctors confirm this. If a patient with epilepsy develops varicose veins, then epilepsy acquires a less dangerous course, and if a person suffers from mild tuberculosis, he can completely get rid of bronchial asthma.
The main thing is that the disease comes to us to stop us on the wrong path, to prevent the terrible consequences of what could happen to us. We often think that we can do anything, but this is absolutely not the case. We are part of the Universe, we are the cells of the Universe, and therefore each of our thoughts is like a seed that we throw into space and which will grow only if we water it, that is, confirm the thought with action. If we sow goodness and back it up with good deeds, it will germinate and change everything that surrounds us for the better: all our relatives, friends, the nation, the whole world. If we begin to sow and cultivate evil, then it, gaining strength, will destroy both ourselves and other people. Each person should feel it, observing himself and the world around him.
Stop for a second and look around… Maybe you are acting according to some negative stereotypes: are you used to envying or criticizing? People think that there is nothing special in judging others, and when they get together, they immediately begin to “wash the bones” of someone, or feel sorry for someone, believing that this is good. In fact, pity from the point of view of the laws of the Universe is a sin, because, pitying a person, we limit his capabilities, implying that he himself is not capable of anything. In reality, each of us has certain unique abilities, but often we do not know about them or live in such conditions when these abilities cannot manifest themselves. A person realizes only four to five percent of his potential opportunities and suffer greatly from it. Nature constantly pushes him in the right direction, but he does not feel it, because he is in a hurry all the time. It seems to him that if he earns more money, gains power, becomes famous or very strong, he will be happy. But if he goes in the wrong direction, that is, he violates the laws of evolution, then nature stops him, God stops him. And there is a disease that is by no means a punishment. Illness is a salvation for a person, because, stopped, he begins to think why he fell ill. He is trying to find out something, he comes to the doctors, he begins to change something in himself. The main thing is to understand why this happened to you, and then you will protect yourself from more, from worse, because nothing ends with the death of a mortal body: neither good nor bad!
It is important to understand that when we die, the disease continues to live and is able to outlive us. The disease is a certain stereotype with which we exist, because we have deviated from the evolutionary path. They stopped you (and maybe they stopped you very harshly - you ended up in a wheelchair), but you did not understand anything. You thought: “It's all over with me, I'm going to die soon, I'm very old. I will start a new life with a clean slate." But when you are born again, the unworked stereotype stays with you and makes you do the same. You will get the same disease again and end up in a wheelchair again. And again you think: “What do I have to lose?” Then there will be a third and fourth life, and again - a serious illness, and you will get worse and worse. Isn't it worth taking a close look at yourself, at the way you live, and see that you are always warned, we are always stopped?
Vices, arising at the level of the psyche, at the level of the mind, inevitably take root in our physical body, giving internal organs into the power of negative stereotypes. For example, fear: you think that this is nothing, some kind of particularity like fear of the dark or hooligans. In fact, many of us have a whole program of fear. We are always afraid of something: that there will not be enough money, prices will increase, they will be fired from work, something will happen to the child. But when we are afraid, we will unbalance certain centers of the energy-information field.
The musician, before entering the stage, tunes his instrument according to the tuning fork. A violin or a flute must take the exact sound "la", because the whole melody will line up on it, in which it should not be false. Such a tuning fork that can save us from many diseases is the energy-informational body that regulates our state. As soon as the function of an organ is disturbed, as soon as some hormone begins
