Yuphrus (Arabic: يفرس‎) is a village in southwestern Yemen, in the Taiz governorate.

Geographic location
The village is located in the central part of the governorate, in the highlands of the Yemeni range, at an altitude of 1265 meters above sea level. Euphrus is located approximately 14 kilometers southwest of Taiz, the governorate’s capital, and 203 kilometers south-southwest (SSW) of Sana’a, the country’s capital.

Population
According to the 2004 census, the population of Euphrus was 2,444.
