Al-Amaqi (Arabic: العماقي‎) is a village in southwestern Yemen, in the Taiz Governorate.

Geographic location
The village is located in the northern part of the governorate, in the highlands of the Yemeni range, at an altitude of 1455 meters above sea level. Al Amaki is located approximately 14 kilometers north-northeast (NNE) of Taiz, the governorate’s capital, and 173 kilometers south-south-west (SSW) of Sana’a, the country’s capital.

The 2004 census reported that El Amaki had a population of 3,509.
