In an Aeroport:
Please note that check-in for a flight starts at the airport no later than two hours before departure and ends exactly 1 hour before departure. We ask tourists to take care of the timely arrival at the airport in advance. We also recommend that you familiarize yourself with all the baggage rules, paying special attention to the weight restrictions of the baggage.

Documentation:
Be sure to make sure that your passport is valid and that it is valid for at least six months from the end of the trip. Also check if all required visas are open. Otherwise, in the absence of any necessary documents, tourists are not allowed on board the cruise liner, and the full cost of the trip is withheld.

In Port:
Tourists should plan their arrival at the port of departure of the liner no later than 2 hours before the start of the cruise. Check-in and boarding the ship traditionally starts 4 hours and ends an hour before the ship's departure. Tourists can get to the port by ordering a transfer in advance or by calling a taxi.

Baggage
Upon arrival at the port, tourists should check in their luggage to authorized representatives of the cruise company at the baggage drop desk. We recommend that tourists take all valuables, as well as documents, medicines and fragile items with them as hand luggage.

Landing on the liner
Boarding starts at the time indicated on the cruise ticket, usually starting 4 hours before departure. When checking in for a flight, you will be asked to present your passport and your cruise ticket, as well as check the validity of visas and hand luggage. All tourists are required to be on board the ship one hour before the departure of the liner.

Priority boarding for suite guests

Landing
Information about the procedure the end of the cruise will be provided to tourists by company representatives on board the cruise liner on the eve of the last day of the cruise. On the last night before 23:59, all luggage must be provided with special luggage tags, which are provided to tourists in advance, and put it outside the door of your cabin. The staff will carefully collect all the luggage and carefully deliver it to the port, where tourists can later receive it. We recommend that you leave the things you need for the next morning in your hand luggage.

On board:
Program of the day

Dress
The style of dress on board cruise ships of STANDARD class companies is not too formal or too casual. Most likely, it can be described as elegant-casual. During the day, tourists can wear whatever they want: trousers or a skirt, jeans, T-shirts, shorts, etc. Even if you literally just relaxed by the pool and, alas, did not have time to change clothes - there is nothing to worry about. A bathing suit paired with a pareo or a light sundress is a perfectly acceptable look for visiting a buffet restaurant and an open restaurant. In the evening, relaxation is felt in everything. During dinner, men usually wear shirts with trousers or jeans, and women wear beautiful dresses or a skirt with a blouse. Please note that swimming suits, sports t-shirts and shorts are strictly prohibited after 17:30.
A warm climate suggests comfortable clothing made from light, airy fabrics. For cooler climates, we recommend bringing clothes that can be worn one on top of the other, and you should also take care of a raincoat, umbrella and gloves. Don't forget to bring sportswear and light running shoes for the fitness club with you on your cruise. During excursions, it is preferable to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. When visiting some attractions, tourists will also need an appropriate cloth. In particular, in tops with bare shoulders or in short shorts, you may not be allowed into the church.

Cell phones on board
On board the liner, tourists can easily receive incoming calls, make calls and receive SMS messages.

There is an internet cafe on board. Wi-Fi is also available on board the vast majority of cruise ships for a modest surcharge.

Doctor services on board
On board the cruise ship, the services of a certified doctor and nurse are provided. If necessary, the on-board doctor can prescribe medicines to tourists. However, it should be remembered that the medical equipment and medicines presented to tourists on the liner can only provide basic health care. Unfortunately, care for a sick tourist who needs specialized equipment and special rare medicines is not yet provided on cruise ships. Tourists in need of such conditions can be evacuated ashore if necessary.

Special Events
A cruise is a great way to celebrate an important event. A bottle of expensive champagne for a special occasion, a tray of cold appetizers or just an unusual cabin decor can decorate your celebration. On board, tourists are also offered holiday packages for newlyweds, wedding ceremonies. If you would like to celebrate your holiday on board cruise ships, please inform your cruise organizer at least three weeks before departure.

What is included in the price of the cruise.
The price of the cruise includes accommodation in the cabin, meals, entertainment, port fees and all taxes. The price also includes cold water, tea, coffee in restaurants.
Note that dinner at an alternative restaurant is paid by tourists separately, its cost ranges from $10 to $20 per tourist. In addition, additionally paid for: alcoholic and soft drinks, spa and beauty services, bowling, casino visits, all shore excursions, all individual lessons, laundry services, as well as goods purchased in the store on board the liner, the work of a photographer, telephone services, access to the Internet, sending a fax and tipping to the doing of a tourist.

Cash and onboard account
When registering on the liner, the tourist opens an onboard account, in which all purchases made on the liner are recorded. When purchasing a service or product on board, the tourist must present an onboard card, indicate his name on the check along with the cabin number. The tourist receives a copy of the check, and at the end of the cruise he is issued a final invoice. On the last evening of the cruise, the invoice is delivered to the guest's cabin. If you have any questions, tourists are advised to contact the reception. We advise you to resolve all issues in the evening one day before disembarking from the cruise ship, so as not to delay the disembarkation process in the morning. If you have successfully registered your credit card and your account statement is correct, you can proceed through the disembarkation procedure without any problems. Do not forget that any purchases made by you after the final presentation of the invoice must be paid additionally at the reception on the day of disembarkation. An exception to the general rule is items from the minibar used by travelers on the last night of the cruise, which will be automatically charged to the traveler's credit card.

Service payment
The main task of all cruise companies, without exception, is to make sure that the tourist gets the maximum pleasure from the trip. Traditionally, the cruise line will automatically add the service tip amount to the onboard bill. This amount will be added to the wages of all those who served tourists during the cruise and made the stay on board even more comfortable. If you have any comments regarding the service, we recommend that you inform the staff at the information desk.

Languages ​​on board
English is the official language on board all cruise ships. For any question, you can contact the service personnel who speak several languages.

Animals
In accordance with established regulations, animals are not allowed on board cruise ships.

Alcohol on board
Tourists under the age of 18 cannot consume or purchase alcoholic beverages on board. Tourists aged 18 to 20 must present written permission from their parents or carry an escort who can certify that they have the right to purchase light alcoholic beverages (i.e. beer and wine) while the liner is in international waters (this rule does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii, where tourists purchasing alcohol must be at least 21 years old). If you purchase alcohol before the start of the cruise, all bottles or containers will be placed in a safe and delivered to the tourist's cabin on the last day of the cruise.

Smoking on the ship
There are plenty of smoking areas on the ship. You can smoke on the balcony of your cabin, in the casino, in the special cigar room and on the open decks (except for: sports deck, children's pool area, food outlets).
According to the rules of cruise companies, as well as in order to take care of the health of non-smoking tourists, smoking is not
