Tuapse is a resort center of the district of the same name in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation. It occupies the eastern part of the Black Sea coast.
The first mention of Tuapse appeared 5,000 years ago, when the Adygs lived in this area, and the largest slave market was located on the territory of the modern region.
In Tuapse, vacationers go for beach and medical holidays. At the end of June, in the village of Olginka, a children’s holiday “Sea Wave” is held, aimed at revealing the creative abilities of children and strengthening international creative ties. On the first Saturday of July, the Day of Tuapse is celebrated. Popular performers come to the city, an entertainment show program is organized. Every July 18, tourists and their fellow travelers can get to a bright event – the Festival of Colors.
Every year in November, the dance competition “Dance Planet” starts in the resort region.

Attractions
On vacation in Tuapse, we recommend tourists to visit the numerous waterfalls of the region. One of the most popular excursion routes passes through the Kozenyi creek, a waterfall 33 meters high. Travelers will be impressed by two waterfalls on the Dederkoy River. And not far from the village of Gorskoe (Gorskoe) Tuapse guests can take pictures of nine magnificent waterfalls.
