I think many people have found themselves in a similar situation, I suggest everyone to unite and file a class action lawsuit against fraud by Alfa Bank! Only there we will force these scammers to answer.
The situation is banal, I issued a credit card at 36% per annum, but it turned out that I paid more than 70%. As bank employees assured that we will return all insurance payments above 36% after paying off the credit card, there were months when insurance payments exceeded monthly loan payments, to calls to the bank, why, in addition to 36% interest, I pay almost the same amount and I I didn’t take a loan at 70% per annum, which I was convinced for a whole year and a half, yes, you didn’t take a loan at 70% and we will return all insurance payments to you. I closed the card, asked when they would return my insurance payments to me, as promised, they said: NEVER! When I asked them to print out a loan agreement for me, they immediately broke down all the equipment in the entire branch of the bank right at the same minute, they never gave me a loan agreement.

I filed a complaint with the Central Bank indicating the loan number. The Central Bank answered me that violations had been made under my contract and advised me to go to court, since, a direct quote from the letter of the Central Bank: “The Bank of Russia treats the situation described in the appeal with understanding, however, the supervisory measures carried out by the Bank of Russia, including the conduct of inspections and the application of measures of influence, do not affect the relationship between credit institutions and their clients and cannot serve as a way to resolve disputes between them.
For an out-of-court settlement of the current situation, we recommend that you contact the credit institution with which the agreement was concluded.” End of quote.

That is, they recommended that before going to court, contact the bank and try to resolve the issue out of court. I called the bank and asked if they were ready to resolve the issue with me in pre-trial order, to which I was told no, it is your right to go to court. They hope that I will give up, but after such rudeness on the part of Alfa Bank, I will go all the way! I found good lawyers who will be ready to help us in filing a class action suit for those who find themselves in a similar situation.

В этой стране нет закона, власть покрывает мошенников Альфа банк убийцы, мошенники, преступники в нормальной стране они все сидели бы в тюрьме, но в стране где нет закона им малина! Закрыть альфа банк, всех владельцев на нары, а лучше в исключительном случаи как этот вернуть СМЕРТНУЮ КАЗНЬ! Жаль, что нельзя сделать голосование, кто за,а в прочем результат очевиден 100% за.
